Welcome to Pet Care Connect, an online directory helping pet owners find trusted local pet-care providers. By creating an account, submitting a listing, or using our site, you agree to the following Terms & Policy.

1. About Pet Care Connect

Pet Care Connect is an independent online directory platform. We provide a space for individuals and businesses offering pet-care services (such as dog walking, grooming, pet sitting, or training) to advertise their services to the public.

We do not employ, recommend, or vet the listed providers, and we are not responsible for any arrangements, agreements, or outcomes arising between users and providers.

2. Membership & Listing Fees

• New members receive 3 months free listing access.
• After the free period, continued listing requires payment of £40 per year (non-refundable).
• Listing fees cover the cost of hosting, promotion, and website maintenance.
• Listings will be unpublished if payment is not received by the renewal date.
• You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting us — your listing will then be removed from the directory.

3. Your Listing

• You are responsible for ensuring all information in your listing is accurate, up-to-date, and lawful.
• You agree not to post misleading or inappropriate content.
• Pet Care Connect reserves the right to edit, refuse, or remove any listing at our discretion (for example, if it breaches our standards or appears inactive).
• You may include one photo and description within your standard listing; future upgrades (such as featured or premium ads) may be offered separately.

4. Communication Between Users

All arrangements and communications between pet owners and service providers are made directly and are independent of Pet Care Connect.

We recommend that users:

• Request proof of insurance, qualifications, and DBS checks (if applicable).
• Use written agreements to confirm services, prices, and responsibilities.

5. Liability Disclaimer

Pet Care Connect does not accept any responsibility or liability for:

• The accuracy or completeness of listings.
• The conduct, suitability, or reliability of pet-care providers.
• Any loss, damage, or dispute resulting from services booked through our directory.

Users engage with one another at their own risk.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site (logos, text, layout, and design) is owned by or licensed to Pet Care Connect.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute website material without written permission.

7. Privacy & Data

We collect and process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy (below). By submitting a listing or contacting us, you consent to our handling of your information for the purposes of operating the directory.
